Our client is an international company that provides solutions built for the service supply chain. The software is developed based on proven best practices, industry expertise, and partnerships with our customers to automate inventory planning.
• Design, develop, operate and improve software products that are well tested and have excellent code readability.
• Ability to work on all tiers of solution architecture – Backend, Databases, Middle tier, ETL, etc.
• Design and build Microservices enabled backend services, Rest APIs serving Front-end applications
• Drive product development from inception to launch and own all parts of the product functionality
• Conduct code reviews for our peers, and learn from code reviews conducted with you
• Add value by leveraging current trends in software design, architecture and web, looking to improve the architecture to be more flexible and scalable.
• Intentional focus on continuous integration, code quality, scrum and monitoring.
• Prepare, review and own technical documentation of the projects.
• BA in Software Engineering or similar background
• 3+ years of professional experience in a Python, FLASK/FastAPI/Django
• Solid knowledge of and experience with RESTful API services.
• Strong experience in Python
• Strong coding skills and managing data.
• Comfortable working with libraries like Pandas, NumPy
• Knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL
• Experience in NoSQL like MongoDB
• Fluency in English language
• Experience with Postman or similar API client
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies/scrum
