Our client is an american supplier of industrial tools and materials based in Sant Cugat.
In your new role as Accounts Receivable Specialist in our office in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, you will work closely with our sales department and our customers in points of collection of domestic and export invoices in line with agreed on payment terms. As a customer focused communicator, you find the right tonality and solution to deepen the trust and relationship with our customers.
Your tasks:
-You will assure that A/R monitoring, dunning, and cash collection activities are performed properly, helped by collection tool, to reduce outstanding debt and detect potential bad debt in time
-You will ensure an effective dispute management process by filling the dispute with high quality and by performing a timely communication of the resolution to the customer
-You will be keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
-You will be supporting on customer correspondence and reporting on status of customer accounts.
-You will be performing account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
-You will manage the coordination with the cash allocation team to ensure accurate customer payment matching and request remittance advice for unapplied cash.
You are are the perfect fit if:
-You have 1 years of experience in Account receivable -related role is desirable but not required (we will give you the necessary trainings)
-You have experience in MS Office
-You have fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and good English language are a must
What you will have:
-Permanent contract ( 3 months of trial period)
-HIBRID model to work some days at the office in Sant Cugat and other days from home
-From monday to friday - flexible hours from 7h -9h. (Friday intense hours.)
