With every complete bike, every pedal and every functional jacket that They sell, They contribute to their customers using their bikes more frequently and thereby travelling more sustainably. Their concept for success does not only includes their unique product range in terms of depth and breadth – they also score with their customer-friendly service and lightning-fast shipping. Since many of their team members are enthusiastic bikers themselves, they can also offer their customers top expert advice. All this enables them to address the rapidly growing group of everyday cyclists as well as enthusiastic cycling fans.

You will be working hand in hand with their Marketing team as well as all operational teams, the International Business unit is involved in the entire development process from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. As a Country Manager for the Italian market you will have an essential impact on the international expan-sion of our client and pull the strings for our market growth in Italy.

Your new challenge:
Responsibility for the revenue growth in Italy and a direct reporting line to the Head of the dedicated international business Unit.
Coordinating together with the Marketing-Team all Marketing activities in Italy and you are generating contacts plus building relationships to local agencies as well as strategic business partners.
Strong collaboration with different teams, such as Brand, Online-Marketing, Logistics, Products, Customer Service.
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives
Evaluation of KPIs, operational monitoring and quality assurance of their Italian online shop.
Acceleration of growth along all important dimensions as pricing, assortment, brand awareness, shop visibility.
Ongoing Market- and Competition analyses in order to adjust the country specific strategy.
Conduction of a variety of analyses related to the Italian cycling Market.

The ideal profile:
Good university degree in business management or comparable degree.
3+ years of e-commerce experience and/or online-Marketing and you know how to build convincing business cases.
Very good knowledge of the Italian online market and culture.
Very good skills in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and proficient knowledge in Google Analytics.
Native speaker competence in Italian and fluency in English.
Ideally you are well connected in the Italian cycling scene and combine you passion for cycling with your job.
Strong communicational skills.
Entrepreneurial thinking.
