Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. You will become a global emergency response specialist, helping people from all over the world.
As Customer Agent your main responsibilities will be:
- You will receive inbound calls from clients and actively help with problem solving.
- You will know in detail the different type of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
- You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need.
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
- You have a high level of German and English
- You have experience in customer service (plus)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a high sense of empathy and calm personality
- You have availability to start working June 12
