Our client is multinational company with its headquarters in Australia and recently expanding into Europe. They are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent which is going to give direct support to the CEO from their Barcelona office.
As a Customer Service Agent Sales Support Assistant you will support the work of managers and company director and undertake a variety of administrative, clerical, organisational and managerial tasks.
Your main tasks consist in:
-Research potential clients in multiple international markets
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
-Compile end of month reports for distributors, agents and suppliers.
-Maintain financial accounts by processing payments, invoicing and end of month
-Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs
-Support and assist the management in all areas of the international business
We are looking for:
-At least 2 years of previous experience in similar position
-Excellent level of English and Spanish
-High level of a European language
-Solid working knowledge of MS Office
-Outgoing and proactive
-Service and solution oriented
-Working hours: 9am to 5pm
