Founded in the US this company, is a Multinational distributor specializing in IT products and services headquartered in Clearwater, Florida.

Job Purpose:

Provide industry-leading customer service through the accurate and timely processing of returns and delivery queries to protect and grow the customer relationship.

Act as an advocate for the customer within the company relating to after-sales management processes and procedures.

Coordinate with various internal departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

• You will investigate, advise and resolve after-sales queries, specifically around returns and delivery issues, acting as primary contact with the customer where appropriate.
• You will own, respond to and ensure progression of queries within service level agreements.
• You will coordinate logistic matters within the business warehouses, both central and regional.
• You will support the Nordic finance department as well as the Danish local office.
• You will adhere to company policy and procedures in relation to return and delivery-related queries acting inside the established delegation of authority.
• You will improve query, delivery and returns efficiencies and minimize losses due to product returns and credit notes.
• You will highlight and help to address root cause issues relating to after-sales management queries.
• You will promote the use of our business E-Business customer service tools.
• You will support other team members to achieve goals and maintain a strong teamwork ethos.
• You will support the business by following all company policies and procedures and working to the company's shared values.

Knowledge Skills And Experience

• You have an advanced level of English and a Native Danish.
• You know, how to prior experience business and customer services processes.
• You will track record of working successfully in a team environment
• You will pay attention to detail
• You will be customer focused
• You will build excellent customer relations skills
