Our client is an important BPS (Business Process Services) that helps other companys to improve their processes.
Which responsibilities will you have?
- You will be part of the Customer Support Department. Provide first-line support to French-speaking pet insurance customers, via various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- You will identify and resolve customer issues related to their pet insurance policies, ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- You will answer customer questions about different insurance options, refunds, warranty disclaimers, and other related inquiries in an accurate and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of issues encountered and issues provided, as well as information on claims and policy solution adjustments.
We are looking for someone with:
- Fluent in French written and oral.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- An interest in pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners would be beneficial.
What do we offer:
- You will have a competitve salary.
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm (2 Saturdays per month).
- Permanent contract with one month trial period.
- You will work 39 hours per week.
