Your daily responsabilities will be:
- You will have to understand and respond to client's requests (by email and chat).
- You will analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently.
- You will identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution.
- You will offer adequate solutions with a positive approach.
- You will organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
You are the perfect person if?
- You have a fluent level of French (spoken and written).
- You have a high level of English.
- You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions.
- You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines.
What do we offer?
- Start date: 9th of September.
- A temporary contract.
- Full-time: 39 hours/week.
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
- You will earn a competitive salary with a bonus part.
- Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office.
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
