Big multinational specialized in electronical and electrical manufacturing, currently going under a digital transformation and looking for keeping on growing in their Barcelona's Data Hub.
As a Data Leader, you will be responsible for all the data related topics within global quotation, from the quotation platform to the data warehouse, ensuring that the quality, security and governance are in place to enable countries, business and other teams to consume the data, perform analysis and make business related
decisions. This business unit (The Global Quotation data) is the single source of truth, shared throughout the entire company's environment.
Your responsibilities are the following:
●Data ingestion – ensure that everything that is shown in the quotation platform, extracted and ingested in IDS, must be ready for consumption in the Analytical Layer of the Data Warehouse.
● Ensure Data quality.
● Liaise with IDS, Schneider Electric’s data lake.
● Data Governance (data dictionary and documentations).
● Write project documentary packs.
●Modelling of data according to business needs - preparation of datasets for various types of consumers, i.e. : pricing, quotation, services, UX, analytics.
● Data joins to other Reusable Data Objects Anticipation and preparation of impacts for new releases of quotation tool – ingestion metadata and data models.
● Support Quotation Performance measurement.
You are the perfect candidate if you count with the following technical skills:
● Python Advanced.
● SQL.
● Informatica Power Center.
● Excel.
● Tableau is a plus.
And if you count with the following knowledge/experience:
● Data architecture, database engineering or database administration.
● Project Management.
● Analytics.
● Data science is a plus.
● Digital Customer Experience is a plus.
● Pricing or Tendering experience is a plus.
