Our client is an outsourcing centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies.

As a Technical Support Advisor you would be working within the After Sales team. Your main task would be to handle calls from French customers, who have already bought some products on the online store and have questions or issues regarding logistics, delivery process, refunds and invoicing.
- You will take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer
- You will maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.
- You will progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
- You will proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
- You will monitor / progress all open queries in queue.
- You will escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
- You will ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
- You will respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
- You will achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level

What do we offer:
