- You provide support to the business for the description of needs and you will write the functional and technical specifications
- You advise the business and propose the best solutions to meet requirements and optimize processes.
- You evaluate the costs of implementing solutions alone or with stakeholders
- In accordance with the schedule, you manage or implement the solutions.
- You identify and plan the production activities in collaboration with the business
- You solve incidents on applications alone or with the support of other experts
- You have a bachelor's/master's degree in IT
- You have acquired more than 3 years of professional experience as a business consultant
- You are used to describing precise specifications and driving Developers
- You are used to collaborate with several internal or external stakeholders to carry out your projects
- You know how to guide and support key users during acceptance tests
- You have solid experience as a functional and technical consultant on Salesforce
- You have fluent English and are willing to travel on occasional
