As our Test Engineer your primary focus will be to drive our quality strategy to allow us to grow, maintain and scale our platform. To us, bringing you onboard, will mean providing our users and stakeholders with high standards of quality, contributing to an amazing user experience.
Our products work in 60+ countries, sometimes in isolated locations and severe conditions. You will collaborate to release the best monitoring products for critical infrastructure. Top engineer products which result in top engineering challenges.
You will work with the rest of your Scrum team, taking ownership of the testing processes and helping to define how the application works, and always ensuring the highest quality possible.
Regarding our QA stack, we use QATouch, Cucumber Framework, Junit, and Postman, among others.
Responsibilities:
Test current monitoring products and identifying deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Define and manage test cases/test runs and validate them
Automate test cases
Meet with the members of his/her team to agree on goals, review them quarterly and give them constructive feedback
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance or Test Engineer
Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
Must have experience with software QA tools and processes
Experience with coding using Python, Javascript or other languages is a nice to have
You're passionate about IoT technical challenges
Knowledge of low-level communication interfaces and protocols is desired
Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities to resolve challenging situations
Good level of spoken and written English is required
