As a workforce planner, you will be part of the people management department and will have the following main responsibilities:

- You will generate IT tools for the management of timetables, holidays, pay periods, etc.
- You will draw up the agents' timetables and the distribution of their working day.
- You will establish breaks, leave, public holidays and holidays.
- You will manage and control requests for holidays, compensation, change of working hours, extension/reduction of working hours, leave, etc.
- You will provide the information on holidays and bank of hours worked and pending for the agents and management for the calculation of the final balance. - You will request the hiring of new agents, extension, reduction of working hours or termination of contract in order to adapt the resources to the needs raised.
- You will carry out the study of the forecast volume of calls per client.
- You will calculate the needs of the agents according to the aforementioned forecast.
- Process the employer's personal, customer and business specific data in accordance with Personal Data Protection, the Employer Contract, the NDA, Data Protection and IT and other guidelines provided by the employer.
- You will protect all client and company personal information and maintain the confidentiality of data that has come to your attention in the course of your duties.
