Our client is a well known international company from the pharmaceutical sector, rapidly expanding and is now looking for a Talent Acquisition.
Your day to day will be:
- Carrying out a briefing to understand the needs of the new business.
- Choosing the best job portals for publish each vacancy.
- You will manage internal recruitment processes.
- You will carry out recruitment procedures and ensure quality in the evaluation.
- You will do active search for candidates, conducting interviews and preparing evaluation reports.
- You will collaborate with third parties.
- Understand internal needs.
You are the perfect candidate if:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (better if it is in a consultancy).
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Business understanding.
- Advanced in English and Spanish.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
