Our client is an Italian firm that specializes in wellness solutions and exercise equipment. They provide top-notch digital fitness platforms, strength training gear, and cardio machines. The company is well-known throughout the world for its dedication to health and fitness with more than 55 million daily users.

In order to ensure a smooth and well-communicated process flow, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Barcelona who will play a critical part in the premium customer journey by accurately and promptly executing "order to cash" operations and assisting the customer and sales teams.

Your daily duties will be:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of order processing, from the moment the quote is confirmed until the final billing stage, ensuring seamless accuracy and timeliness at every step.

- Manage all customer interactions to ensure an exceptional experience, addressing concerns, providing updates, and proactively solving problems to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Collaborate with headquarters to manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and forecast potential order delays by regularly reviewing and addressing backlog issues in coordination with the sales team.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
