Credit Controller with high level of German

We are looking for creative, self-driven, dynamic and experienced people with high communicative skills, to join their team in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Being a motocross, BMX, or mountain bike enthusiast is a plus.

- You will process credit applications and assign credit limits informing customer services sales rep of any change to credit limits
- You will establish payment plans for outstanding accounts within department guidelines
- You will issue daily receipts report
- You will discuss with sales rep, country manager and credit control manager before threatening
any action against a dealer according to company policy
- You will provide sales force with feedback on credit limits, payment terms and payment history
before pre book season
- You will review accounts to determine if orders outside credit terms can be released
- You will maintain account notes on SAP and make credit control manager aware of any issues
- You will send dealer statements / copy invoices on request
- You will reconciliate of dealer accounts if required
- You will provide monthly analysis of your ledgers to the credit control manager.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You speak fluently in Spanish (Level - C1 Minimum.)
- You speak fluently in German (Level - C1 Minimum.)
- You speak fluently in English (Level - C1 Minimum.)
- You have previous experience in the Collector Sector (Mandatory).
- You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel).
- You have experience on Zendesk platform.
- You have experience on back-office Operations system: SAP.
