In your day-to-day work:
You will verify contractual documentation and record it correctly in the system.
You will activate contracts in the internal tool, ensuring the traceability of the process.
You will coordinate with different internal departments and external collaborators.
You will manage incidents or pending documentation with efficiency and follow-up.
You will propose improvements in operational processes related to document management and contract activation.
You have a university degree in Economics, Management or equivalent.
You have previous experience in similar administrative functions.
You are proficient in Excel and have an intermediate or advanced level of English.
You are methodical, organised and have good communication skills.
You adapt easily, have initiative and know how to work under pressure.
Permanent contract.
Hybrid work model.
Timetable from Monday to Friday, with flexible entry between 8am and 10am.
