We're looking for a Customer Service Agent with Dutch to join an international outsourcing company in Lisbon!
As a Customer Service Agent with Dutch you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions to customers (B2C).
Your responsibilities:
- You will handle calls/emails in both Dutch and English
- You will manage reservations or online orders
- You will handle customer complaints and queries
- You will collaborate with other departments
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a high level in Dutch
- You have an advanced level in English
- You're passionate about Customer Care (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're customer-oriented
- You have good problem-solving skills
- You're used to dealing with KPI's (it's a plus)
