Online Advertising Specialist with German

As an Online Advertising Specialist with German, you'll provide high quality customer support to our Client’s customers (B2B).

You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and drive ROI (small and medium business accounts).

In your day-to-day, you will:

- Provide high-quality online customer service via phone, chat and email (B2B)
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting
- Provide account optimisation through multiple communication channels
- Upsell additional product features to existing B2B customers
- Research customers products and services
- Collaborate with other departments
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our client's online advertising services

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You're fluent in German
- You have an advanced command of English
- You have at least 1 year experience in a customer service related field
- You're comfortable working in an online environment
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You're self-motivated to meet individual and team targets
- You have a general knowledge of social media and digital platforms
