We are looking for an order support agent with a High Level of Danish/Finnish and an excellent level of english to join an international outsourcing service provider.
As an Order Support Agent you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
During your day to day:
- You will provide support to customers who have order-status questions or require changes to their orders;
- You will make it seem easy by translating tech-speak, billing and shipping concepts into everyday, understandable terms;
- You will follow multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes and other ocurrences that impact customers;
- You will ensure an excellent experience by managing the customer's expectations about product delivery and other matters.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have passion to service end-customers (B2C);
- You have excellent communication skills high focus on customer satisfaction;
- You have native or very high language skills in any Nordic Language (verbal, reading, writing) + good in English (reading, writing)
- You have schedule availability for 8h rotating shifts;
- You are customer-oriented and you care about customer satisfaction.
