Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end tasks within IT Procurement for infrastructure services, including:
Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers.
Managing and reviewing contracts with existing and potential suppliers.
Overseeing purchases and ensuring effective stock management.

• Serve as the central link and driving force between cross-functional teams within Linde and third-party partners.

• Monitor and oversee all CMDB (Configuration Management Database) activities to ensure compliance with governance policies, internal quality standards, and adherence by third-party service providers.

• Support device lifecycles in alignment with global governance guidelines.

• Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services, including deployment, operations, and support.

• Manage resource libraries containing technical information and solutions.

• Develop, evaluate, and drive processes to generate sustainable improvements in existing IT Infrastructure Services, aiming for high service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and execute multifaceted projects alongside day-to-day activities.

• Participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.

• Contribute to the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) based on service requirements.

• Actively engage in digitization and automation initiatives, supporting the company’s digital transformation journey.

• Strong goal orientation and the ability to balance long-term and short-term objectives.

• High motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement and success.

• Proven experience in end-to-end IT procurement processes.

• A service-oriented mindset and a keen interest in understanding the needs of service consumers.

• Ability to work in an international, English-speaking environment.

• Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories.

• Willingness to travel within the REW region.
