Our client is a multinational engineering and technology company based in Lisbon.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of an expert team, and your daily activities will be:

- You will monitor requests: by phone, by alarm monitoring ticketing tool
- You will handle any situation related to the use of elevators (trapped passenger calls / general inquiries /alarms and REM)
- You will coordinate with technicians for repairing and providing maintenance for elevators
- You will process service request tickets, within specified delivery times
- You will provide administrative support to keep the client's database updated
- You will keep a record of your solved cases

This is a non-technical role, so you don't need to have any technical knowledge or experience.

You're the perfect candidate if:

- You have a high level of Finnish or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish
- You have at least a B1 level in English
- You're customer-oriented
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You're motivated to work in Customer Service
- You have a high school diploma or similar
