As a Content Reviewer, you'll be part of a multicultural team, moderating online content and ensuring a quality online experience.
During your day-to-day:
- You will navigate social media and review images, videos and accounts
- You will escalate any violations of our client's policies
- You will reach weekly KPIs
- You will balance priorities according to the client's needs
- You will participate in client meetings to make recommendations
You're the perfect candidate if:
- You're fluent in German or Dutch or Swedish or Italian or Greek
- You have a C1 level in English
- You have previous experience in Customer Service-related fields
- You're comfortable with reviewing online content
- You're used to navigating social media and other digital platforms
- You can work in a fast-paced environment
- You're detail-oriented
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have basic IT skills
