For one of our clients based in Madrid, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor with native level of German, Dutch, Danish or Norwegian and high-level of English.

As a Member of the Multilingual Customer Care Advisor during your day-to-day:
- You will provide global industry-leading support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.).
- You will analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for remote management.
- You will educate, support and train customers through phone consultation and written correspondence.
- You will document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.
- You will achieve and maintain proficiency for LATITUDE. Achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.
- You will create relevant training document.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of German, Dutch, Danish or Norwegian; any other relevant language is a plus.
- You have high level of English.
- You are well organized, with good problem-solving skills and you are proactive person.
- You have excellent listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of mobile device is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer care or client-facing role is a plus.
