Data Scientist

As a Principal data scientist, you will get a chance to take part in leading the development of features of our AI product and perform the following tasks:

· Project lead of multiple initiatives (laboratories and product features).
· Define data science modeling strategy and advise/revise coding approach.
· Lead of multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and developers.
· Define team priorities.
· Lead daily stand-up meetings of your team and sprint planning sessions.
· Manage team capacity and agree project scopes.
· Ultimate responsible and QA of features and deliverables.
· Resolve conflicts across the functions of the team (DevOps/AI/DB/FE/BE…).
· Interact with our clients and understand their challenges, their data, and their needs.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

· +6 years of experience in data science.
· +4 years' experience with data programming/ scripting languages (Python, R, SQL). Including package building, object-oriented programming. Bonus: APIs, AWS Lambda, Step functions.
· +3 years' experience in machine-learning methodologies (supervised /unsupervised, deep learning).
· Experience leading multiple projects and multiple teams.
· Experience in project planning.
· Experience in communicating technically, at a level appropriate for the audience.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
· Background in data science consulting or in product development.
· (Bonus) Master’s in Data Science /Machine Learning.
· (Bonus) AWS Cloud experience.
· (Bonus) Database design/data lead.
