Our client is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of pool equipment and automation systems, with almost 100 years of history.
The main tasks will be:
• Maintain region profiles including a comprehensive list of key customers, competitors and industry contacts within the region.
• Analyze market trends and implement established sales and marketing programs to increase share. Also, advise new programs and strategies that will further grow the market share.
• Provide comprehensive written reports to management encompassing all sales activity, market conditions and competitive activities in the territory.
• Attend as a visitor, exhibitor or exhibitor partner with our distributors at industry trade fairs in order to maximize exposure for company.
• Training customers on products legacy equipment as well as new technology products by doing seminars/presentations as required by each individual market.
• Collaborate with all operational functions of Europe including inside and outside sales, traffic and marketing to enhance Europe overall operation.
• Work closely with Senior DSM Iberica Italy and staff to develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration within the assigned territory.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
• Bachelor's degree.
• English (B1 Level).
• Pool Sector’s experience is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years related sales experience.
• Personal computer skills are essential.
• Must also possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Permanent contract with end client.
- Competitive salary + 20% variable, depending on experience.
- Hybrid mode of work (between 4-5 will be required annually for travel within the Spanish territory).
- Driving licence.
