Head of Finance

As a Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the regional finance team and support functions
- Providing strategic recommendations to the heads of IT / country leaders and the local members of the executive management team
- Managing all closing relevant processes and ensure proper cash management (subsidiaries only)
- Root cause analysis of Revenue, operating costs and EBIT variances to plan and projections
- Supervising the processes for financial planning and forecasting, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning as well as service and project pricing
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external (Allianz OEs) partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedure for all direct reports
- Representation of the entity in front of external stakeholder (e.g. auditors, authorities, …)

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

- Profound controlling knowledge (Processes; Tools incl. SAP)
- Ability to communicate strategy and develop a go-to-market plan
- Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation techniques
- Higher education degree in finance, business administration, economics or related area
- 10+ years of experience in Controlling, IT Service Management or in different economics environments
- At least 5+ years in an international setup (working abroad preferred)
- Excellent skills in service-, project-, or process management on higher proficiency
