The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for an Advisor on Care and Control to support the Order to Cash department at our Self Service Center in Porto.

Your responsibilities will be:
You'll ensure monthly billing activities and support Order to Cash activities
Further you'll extract, build, analyze and control several Excel reports from system to guarantee accurate data input
Be able to understand and prioritize findings, escalate issues where necessary in order to ensure minimal negative impact on Order to Cash processes
Is part of your role review, follow up of controls, as well as storage of evidences
Identify main root causes and implement action plan
Supports continuous process improvement and quality

Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
You speak the language required in the specific market (native or Proficiency French) and English level intermediate
SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfil this role
You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
Microsoft Office applications (Excel preferable)
Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
Time management: Highly organized, adaptable individual with effective time management and prioritization skills
Data accuracy and detailed oriented
