- Ensure and give strategic and operational support to different order-to-cash teams
- Lead the team stimulating the team spirit and motivation
- Ensure the service and process execution according to defined KPI´s
- Report performance and quality metrics
- Coordinate multifunctional meetings to discuss business results and action plans
- Coordinate the development of innovative and operational solutions through the creation of an environment of continuous improvement
- Knowledge in SixSigma, Lean.
- Understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by the organization

- You have a University degree (required) and/or master’s degree (desirable; Business-Finance or education prefer
- English level C1, native level of dutch preferable
- 5 Years of management experience in areas such as client support, sales, marketing and/or previous experience on a shared services center
- Able to show leadership skills
- Strong ability to influence and impact on the implementation of changes, maintaining a strong performance and motivation
- Able to work under pressure and in a high-volume workload environment
- Analytical, detailed oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in project management
