In your day-to-day work you will have to:
- Ensure and give strategic and operational support to the different order-to-cash teams.
- Manage the team by stimulating team spirit and motivation
- Ensure service and process execution according to defined KPI's
- Report on performance and quality metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to discuss business results and action plans
- Coordinate the development of innovative and operational solutions by creating an environment of continuous improvement
- Understand accountability for quality, food safety, health, safety and environmental and other types of policies communicated by the organization
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a university degree (required) and/or a master's degree (desirable; preferably in business-finance or education).
- C1-advanced level of English
- At least 5 years of management experience in areas such as customer service, sales, marketing and/or previous experience in a shared services center
- Leadership skills
- Strong ability to influence and impact the implementation of change, maintaining strong performance and motivation
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume work environment
- Analytical, detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills
- Project management skills
