Our client is Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid (MBGSM), a company of Mercedes-Benz AG. As a Shared Services Center and Global Business Services solution, we offer a wide range of services to Mercedes-Benz AG companies: from Finance and Accounting experts, Controlling services, SAP consultancy, IT Security, to BI and Big Data solutions, among others.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have proven experience in IT and customer support, ideally in 1st level support or technical
support roles.
- You have emonstrable experience with cloud-based systems and enterprise applications.
- You are familiarity with IAM systems, APIs, scripting, and communication tools (Slack, Teams).
- You have knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
- You are proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Swagger).
LANGUAGES
- English: Reading, writing and fluent conversation
- Other languages not mandatory but is an added value

- Good communication skills
