Our client is a leading independent technology and services provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations. They help their customers to Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation, enabling people and their business.

¿Qué harás?

What will you do?

– You will be part of the Helpdesk Department. Provide support level 1 to customers, via various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.

– You will assist the customers in whichever issue could happen traying to provide the most personalized solution possible. 

– Also you will attend calls B2B with phone, chat or email.

– You will be part of a very dinamic company, so collaborating with the other departments is fundamental.

What do you need for this role?

– You need a high level of dutch, english and spanish.
