¿Qué harás?
– You will work independently on demand qualification and project delivery. – You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization. – You will define and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project success. – You will identify and qualify new IT demands together with experts from REW Business Units, optimizing demand to add value to the business. – You will ensure deliveries with minimized risk, optimal cost and maximized performance. – You will deliver projects on time, within scope and cost, applying agile and classic project management standards. – You will contribute to improve the processes and tools of the IT Project and Demand Management function. – You will be a trusted partner to internal customers and various delivery teams in REW, EMEA and Corporate IT.
¿A quién buscamos?
– You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar area. – You have acquired at least 8 years of professional experience in a related industry environment. IT consulting experience is an advantage. – You have practical experience in Project Management, preferably in IT project management, applying industry standard methodologies (e.g. PMI, SCRUM). Knowledge or certification in Change Management is an advantage.
