We are a multicultural team of over 70 people, working daily with strength and enthusiasm to assist, advise, and support partners and professionals in the process of talent search and attraction at both national and international levels.

Barcelona, a cosmopolitan, open, and multicultural city. The Dutchman and the Barcelonian saw the human potential in this city and wanted to be the starting point for a great project. Betting on multilingual profiles made them stand out in the HR sector. It all started with the Native Speakers department.
From Madrid with love
And how could we not be in the big capital? Madrid, here we come! In 2008, Talent landed in Madrid to continue growing and fulfilling dreams.

Don’t unpack your bags too quickly! We’re heading to Portugal! Our eagerness to reach new goals took us to the neighboring country, and in 2013 we opened our first offices in Lisbon.

And who didn’t know Talent from LinkedIn and social media? The noise we made and the enthusiasm with which we do things turned us into the most influential HR consultancy on LinkedIn in 2016, 2017, and 2018 (source: EMEA).
