Where will you work?

The client is an outsourcing French company (operating as a call center) located in Barcelona, with more than 16 production sites over different countries.

What will you do?

You will be a Customer service agent and you will have to give assistance for the Dutch market. You will work on a project for a client in the sector of a Theme park in France

Who are we looking for?

You are a good match if:

  • You have a native level of Dutch.
  • You can speak English in a high level.
  • You are customer oriented.
  • You are comfortable to communicate through phone calls.
  • You are patient and respectful.

What do we offer?

  • You will have a permanent contract.
  • You will work Monday to Friday.
  • You will work from 9h to 18h.
  • You will work in the very nice area of Poblenou, in Barcelona.
  • You will get 22K plus 2000 bonus.
