Where will you work?

Our client is a well-established and reputable organization in the performing arts sector, known for its high standards and commitment to excellence. 

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the opening phase of the studio, coordinating with the franchise HQ.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and facility management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students (children and adults).
  • Lead marketing and local outreach initiatives to build community presence.
  • Organize events, showcases, and open days to engage students and families.
  • Ensure alignment with the franchise’s quality standards and brand values.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and financial planning.

This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for a commercially minded leader with a passion for the arts.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years, ideally 5) in managing educational or creative institutions (e.g. dance schools, art studios, fitness centers).
  • Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setup environment.
  • Commercial mindset – capable of driving growth, overseeing marketing, and building partnerships.
  • Passion for the performing arts.
  • Experience working with both children and adult students is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of the local area is a strong plus.
  • English is preferred; Spanish is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools is appreciated.

What we offer?

  • Position: Full-time, based in Barcelona
  • Start: Ideally by October or early November.
  • Salary: €40,000–€60,000 gross annually (depending on experience).
  • Bonus: Performance-based incentives.
