Our client is Computacenter, a global IT services provider that supports major companies and public institutions with digital transformation and IT infrastructure solutions.

As a Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

-Support users across Europe by phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
- Escalate complex problems to specialized teams
- Log and document all interactions accurately
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team and other departments

You are the perfect match if:

-You have an advanced level of Italian, French, and English

- Full-time contract (39 hours/week) with rotating schedule Monday-Friday 07:00-19:00
