IT Engineer - Robotics (UiPath)

We are looking for a dedicated IT Engineer specializing in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to join a leading organization. This role focuses on the development, management, and optimization of RPA solutions to support business goals.

You will:

• Develop and maintain scalable RPA solutions, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Manage RPA infrastructure and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions effectively.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA projects, aligning them with business objectives.
• Act as a generalist across the technology stack to ensure operational reliability and cost efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to enhance RPA capabilities.

• Proven experience in managing RPA projects, specifically with UiPath, and knowledge of RPA best practices.
• Proficiency in RPA management tools and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications like UiPath Certified Professional are preferred.
• Experience in managing the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, including compliance and budget management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the IT industry and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Broad knowledge across the technology stack, ensuring alignment of RPA strategies with organizational goals while focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
