Sales Development Representative with native level of German

What You’ll Do:

• You will grow our business while developing your career, working both independently and collaboratively with various teams within your assigned territory.
• You will ensure the speed-to-lead process is consistent and effective across all channels.
• You will follow business processes and leverage tools such as Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, referral processing systems, and other sales-related platforms.
• You will represent ADP with professionalism during all interactions with potential new clients.
• You will engage with industry leaders and decision-makers to understand and validate their needs.
• You will identify opportunities that enable ADP to offer tailored, high-impact human capital management solutions.
