Where will you work?

What will you do?

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Ensure team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning & review, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments, resolve urgent issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth progress.
  • Mentor, coach and help the Salesforce team in the implementation of Agile best practices by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Act as liaison or main point of contact between the Scrum team, the other Dept. teams and all other company stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time delivery as well as transparency and accountability over the progress made vis-à-vis the business functions over the team’s progress and project health
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, risk analysis and resource management.
  • Reporting on key agile metrics.
  • Ensure projects are properly prioritized, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Who are we looking for?

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Between 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Salesforce projects.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and Agile delivery in global environments.
  • Strong project management skills: scope definition, planning, execution, budget tracking, and handover.
  • Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.
  • Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) – required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – preferred.
  • Master’s degree – a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello.
  • Familiar with project tracking tools such as PPM, SmartSheet, or similar.
  • Ability to report on key Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of O365 collaboration tool.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team facilitation capabilities.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
