Where will you work?

Our client is an international food group with a strong presence across several countries in Europe and Africa. They provide locally recognized culinary solutions tailored to the preferences of each market.

What will you do?

Lead group-wide management consolidation & reporting processes, ensuring alignment with IFRS/GAAP and Group standards
Oversee finance IT systems and deliver timely, accurate reports aligned with business needs
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders
Develop standardized dashboards, templates, and KPI frameworks; challenge BU performance
Analyze consolidated budgets/forecasts, linking strategic priorities with financial insights
Partner with BU finance teams to support strategy, transformation, and planning cycles
Conduct ad hoc analyses (scenarios, simulations) to support executive decision-making
Support strategic initiatives (M&A, investments) and cross-BU transformation projects

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6–10 years of progressive experience in Audit, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational or multi-BU environments
Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream) is a strong plus
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with deep understanding of financial and operational KPIs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines
