You will join a well-established international company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat. For confidentiality reasons, the client’s name will not be disclosed during the initial stages of the process.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
 - Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).
 - Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
 - Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
 - Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
 - Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
 - Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

You're the person we're looking for if you have:
- A university degree or vocational qualification.
 - Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field.
 - Native or near-native level of Flemish, plus advanced French and English.
 - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
 - Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.
 - Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
 - A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
 - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

- Permanent contract.
- Salary between 25.000 - 29.000 € gross/year, depending on experience.
- Hybrid model: 2 days remote / 3 days in the office.
