Worksplace Specialist

Strategic Workspace Management:

• Define and maintain standards for digital workplace environments (hardware, software, peripherals).
• Lead the lifecycle management of corporate devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones), including acquisition, deployment, leasing, and retirement.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of meeting rooms and ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Supervise the use and effectiveness of MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune), ensuring alignment with security policies.

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Manage the relationship with digital workplace service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.

User Lifecycle Management

• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding IT processes (account management, device provisioning, access rights, data backup).
• Coordinate user modification requests, including hardware upgrades, software changes, and access adjustments.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Lead or participate in digital workplace projects for existing sites and new office openings.
• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for user experience in office tech implementation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery, enhance productivity, and increase user satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors to implement new workspace technologies.

Support & Service Oversight

• Act as escalation point for digital workplace issues and complex user incidents.
• Support technical teams with guidance and documentation.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring continuous improvement and service optimization.

• Proven experience managing digital workspace environments in mid-to-large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune (or equivalent MDM solutions).
• Experience in device lifecycle management, mobile line administration, and leasing contracts.
• Skilled in project management and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and overseeing SLA compliance.
• Intermediate to high level of English (spoken & written).

Desirable:

• Microsoft 365 / Intune certifications.
• Experience in FMCG or multinational companies.
