Where will you work?

Our client is an important European company focused on providing efficient digital transformation and business solutions to customers.

What will you do?

As a PMO Consultant, in your day-to-day:

  • You will guide organizations through holistic business transformations, addressing processes, people, data, and technology to drive value.
  • You will break down business transformation targets into clear and actionable implementation roadmaps.
  • You will lead teams in the execution of governance, planning, and execution frameworks for transformation projects.
  • You will apply LEAN techniques to facilitate fact-finding, visualization, and continuous improvement.
  • You will oversee project portfolios, managing interdependencies, risks, and resource capacity while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • You will facilitate portfolio reviews and report on KPIs, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • You will communicate persuasively with both executive and operational teams, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • You will lead and mentor your team, adopting a servant-leader approach to help others grow and succeed.
  • You will ensure the successful execution of transformation projects, tracking progress and making adjustments where necessary.
  • You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client objectives and milestones.
  • You will track project outcomes and provide insights for future enhancements and continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a PMO, program management, or project governance role, ideally in a transformation context.
  • You are skilled at breaking down complex business transformation goals into clear, actionable roadmaps that deliver value at each step.
  • You have an advanced level of English and are comfortable engaging with both executive and operational teams.
  • You are experienced in applying LEAN techniques to drive continuous improvement and facilitate fact-finding and visualization.
  • You keep a bird’s-eye view of projects while paying attention to the details and staying hands-on to ensure success.
  • You excel at guiding teams through the implementation of project governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
  • You are a natural communicator and can effectively align stakeholders, lead workshops, and drive consensus across teams.
