Customer Service with a Native level of French

As part of the French Telesales/Customer service department your main tasks will be the following:

• You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
• Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
• Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it’s done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.

• French Native + good to have other European languages
• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
• The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
• The agent should also have strong customer service skills, be used to working with targets and changes in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.

• Salary of 20K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
• 100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain
