Where will you work?

One of our clients, a global leader in FMCG, is currently seeking to hire an FP&A for their site located in Milan, Italy.

What will you do?

Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to drive business performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Support monthly closings, ensuring accurate revenue and cost tracking.
Participate in S&OP, providing full P&L visibility and identifying risks and opportunities.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to evaluate innovations, pricing, promotions, and key client negotiations.
Contribute to strategic planning and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and support the development of reporting and analytics tools.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must, while experience with SAP and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning are highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide concise insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
