Where will you work?

Our client is a global company within the logistics sector, with a strong international presence and extensive industry experience.

What will you do?

Support operations teams in planning, managing, and optimizing available resources to improve throughput and efficiency.

  • Assist in continuous improvement, strategic, and commercial projects for both new and existing customers.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new solutions and procedures to improve daily workflows across departments.
  • Support the mapping of warehouse activities and labour processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvement areas.
  • Assist in the refinement and documentation of operational workflows, helping ensure that improvements are standardized and integrated into daily routines.
  • Contribute to the use of Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Assist in initiatives focused on digitalization and improving data flow, reducing manual and paper-based processes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of WMS/ERP systems by identifying potential gaps and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports, supporting both internal management and client performance reviews.
  • Support the analysis of SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Participation in daily and weekly meetings with the Operations team.

Who are we looking for?

Around 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sector.

  • Hands-on exposure to operational environments, with an interest in understanding and improving on-site processes.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with WMS and/or ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work fully on-site and travel between the Palau-solità i Plegamans and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
  • Own vehicle required.

What we offer?

Salary: €35,000 gross annual

  • Permanent contract directly with the final client
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Standard working hours between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • On-site role based in Palau-solità i Plegamans
  • Availability required for occasional night shift or weekend visibility, depending on operational needs
