BackOffice Agent - English Speaker

Your day-a-day:

• You'll provide assistance via mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business;
• In addition you will guide the customers through the webshop
• In this role, you'll ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
• Transfer queries to the corresponding department is part of your role
• Record in the computer system orders, complaints, or queries, directing, if necessary, the request to the corresponding area;
• Give support to both internal and external customers;
• Performing complementary administrative tasks;

Requirements:

• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
• English B2 (must be living in Porto) is mandatory in this role
• Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
• SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred
• Moreover you are able to work in a results oriented team
