C2C Team Leader (French) – Porto

Job Description

• Ensure and provide strategic and operational support to costumer services teams
• Coordinate the team, fostering team spirit and motivation
• Ensure service and process execution according to defined KPIs
• Report performance and quality metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to discuss business results and action plans
• Drive the development of innovative and operational solutions through a culture of continuous improvement
• Promote the exchange of ideas and opinions, building a network of contacts

Requirements

• Languages - French native and English B2 (Mandatory)
• University degree and/or master's degree — a plus, not mandatory
• 2 years of experience in areas such as customer support, sales, marketing, and/or previous experience in a shared services center
• Experience in team management and knowledge in project management.
• Ability to connect with a diverse team and understand the human element behind the metrics
• Comfortable in fast-paced shared services environments with constant change

• Competitive total annual package of approximately €28,000–30,000, including:
• Annual performance bonus
• Mal allowance of €11/day (~€230–240/month)
