Where will you work?
Are you a native French speaker ready to take the next step into team leadership? Join an international company in Porto and lead a team where you'll be the driving force behind service excellence, team motivation, and continuous improvement. Our client is a multinational company operating an in-house shared services center, supporting the group's companies internationally. They are looking for a Team Leader with fluent French to support the Team Manager and process teams, promoting a culture of excellence in service delivery and customer experience.
What will you do?
Job Description
- Ensure and provide strategic and operational support to costumer services teams
- Coordinate the team, fostering team spirit and motivation
- Ensure service and process execution according to defined KPIs
- Report performance and quality metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to discuss business results and action plans
- Drive the development of innovative and operational solutions through a culture of continuous improvement
- Promote the exchange of ideas and opinions, building a network of contacts
Who are we looking for?
Requirements
- Languages - Native French
- University degree and/or master's degree — a plus, not mandatory
- 2 years of experience in areas such as customer support, sales, marketing, and/or previous experience in a shared services center
- Experience in team management and knowledge in project management.
- Ability to connect with a diverse team and understand the human element behind the metrics
- Comfortable in fast-paced shared services environments with constant change
What we offer?
- Salary between €24,000–27,000
- Annual performance bonus
- Mal allowance of €11/day (~€230–240/month)
