Credit to Cash Advisor - Dutch speaker (full remote in Portugal)

Where will you work?

What will you do?

• In your day-to-day:
• You will assist B2B clients and solve queries via email, phone, fax or web-shop from existing customers on SAP.
• You will solve urgent requests from customers.
• Further you check with Back office and credit teams for updating/including addresses, credit limits and products prices.
• You will ensure that deliveries rejected by the customer are properly processed

Who we look for

• You're the person we're looking for if:
• Previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred.
• Native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English.
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge preferred.
• You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with clients.
• Least a High School Diploma.
• Proactive, data and goal-oriented and focus to answer our clients' needs.

What we offer

• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00.
• Salary: €18,700 per year (950 payments over 14 months + €450/month language bonus for 12 months).
• Meal allowance: €11 per working day.
• Bonus: 6.5% annual bonus (~€850/year).
